For example, using Elephant Brand Gypsum Board and including the use of recycled materials from coal ash for foundations, columns, or beams while maintaining the strength equivalent to pure cement concrete. Normally, ash is buried in the ground, risking contamination of water sources. Therefore, we choose to use eco-friendly concrete materials from CPAC, as using concrete from coal ash helps reduce environmental problems.

 

            Another major issue during the COVID-19 era is health or Health Wellness. Therefore, the development of housing today must have a third pillar, which is Safety & Healthy, selecting materials that are safe for residents' health, such as the selection of colors to be used in the project. We choose colors that are effective, such as TOA paints, which not only withstand over 60,000 scrubs, helping to keep the project looking new and beautiful, but another important quality that Major Development sees as equally significant is the use of colors mixed with Anti-Bacteria agents that inhibit the growth of bacteria and viruses throughout their lifespan. Additionally, they have passed the Thai Green Label certification, ensuring they are free from alkylphenol ethoxylates (APEO) and reduce volatile organic compounds (VOCs), which can enter the body through the respiratory system and cause skin harm or potentially lead to cancer, ensuring that everything Major Development selects is safe for the long-term health of residents.
